Information you provide

Inquiry forms request your contact information, project or business brief, and permission to contact you. Optional budget and timing help us review fit. Do not include payment details, passwords or confidential documents.

New website inquiries are stored privately in our inquiry service and also sent to our business Google Form and linked response spreadsheet so our team continues to receive inquiry alerts. Earlier Google Form records remain intact. Relevant homeowner details are shared with a partner only after discussing the introduction with you.

Earlier Google Form submissions remain in the business Google account and linked response spreadsheet; they have not been migrated or deleted by this update. Email and phone inquiries are handled through the relevant providers.

Site services

The site loads Google Fonts and uses Metricool to measure visits, referral sources and browser/device information. Visitor activity and network information may be sent to those providers. The inquiry service uses hour-specific hashed network identifiers to limit abuse; it does not show submissions publicly.

We retain inquiry information while handling the inquiry and related business records. Contact Josh to discuss access, correction or deletion, including any records that must be retained.
